Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central ship within 2-3 business days from our Oklahoma City warehouse. For example, an order placed Friday or Saturday ships the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
How can I track my order?
Tracking arrives by email the moment the label is created. Give it 24 hours to show movement.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email contactus@desertdrip.co fast, and we can update the address any time before the shipping label prints.
Receiving your order
It's hot where I live. Will heat affect my sticks?
Extreme summer heat during shipping or after delivery, such as a hot mailbox, porch, or parked vehicle, can soften the powder and compress it into a firm, candy-like piece inside the sealed stick. This is a physical texture change and does not by itself mean the product has spoiled.
What to do: bring your package inside as soon as possible and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If a sealed stick feels firm or hard, knead or tap the packet before opening (you may need to cut the top), allow the clump or fragments to hydrate in water, and then shake or stir thoroughly. Do not leave Desert Drip in a hot vehicle, or in temperatures over 80°F for long periods of time.
My powder softened or clumped. Is it still good?
Heat-softening or bricking does not automatically mean spoilage. In our real-time and accelerated shelf-life testing, heat-affected bricked or hard samples met microbial and antioxidant specifications. The powder may feel candy-like and may need to be kneaded or broken up before opening; allow the clump or fragments to hydrate in water, then mix thoroughly.
Do not use a stick if the seal is open or leaking, the packet feels syrup-like, or the contents show an unexpected change beyond firm clumping. Send a photo and your order number to contactus@desertdrip.co, and we will replace any packet you are unsure about.
My package arrived damaged.

Storage
How should I store Desert Drip?
Store below 75°F (24°C) in a cool, dry place for best flavor and stability. Refrigeration is not required. Protect from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and humidity.
How long does it stay fresh?
For best flavor, texture, and stability, use Desert Drip by the Best If Used By date printed on the package. Store unopened sticks below 75°F (24°C) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
The Best If Used By date refers to product quality, and is not an automatic indication that the product is unsafe after that date.
